Electro-house producer, Locked Groove has already graced the year of 2018 with two EP releases - the pristine 'Progression' EP on Just This and 'Zillion', the first release from his newly found label, Locked Groove Records. Perhaps as a result of his newly found independence behind the mix, The 'Zillion' EP saw marks down on production quality - throwing harsher hits and spits than Mike Tyson after a dentist appointment. As of 2nd Nov, attempt of redemption comes in the form of a new EP release, 'Oscillate'. The title track's heavy ringing pendulum swings by the four as the bass kicks the floor. More shapes are incrementally revealed as the track rolls along one simple sequence until the whole track clamps at 1:54 and takes final form. The snare drops and the bass swoops low and pulls the track back to the trance roots that this Berlin-based beatmeister is oh, so familiar with. Locked Groove going in hard as ever and finding strength on his own two feet.
